Magnatech - the fuel conditioning experts
Based in Northamptonshire, UK, Magnatech is a specialist in fuel conditioning. For fuel conditioning, we have developed our own design and configuration of magnetic fields, drawing on many years of experience on installations all over the world.
Many companies have run extensive trials to determine the extent to which Magnatech Units will reduce fuel consumption. They include Pfizers, Eli Lilly, Heinz, the Royal Navy and the MOD. Our clients come from food processing, manufacturing industry, light manufacturing through to heavy industry, refineries to offices and warehouses, hotels to stately homes. From massive commercial boilers to a single domestic heater in a house and from Army barracks to Royal Navy Fleet Headquarters.
Fuel consumption reductions between 6% and 11% are typical, providing significant cost savings and reduction in carbon emissions.
We are able to condition any type of hydrocarbon fuel, with the degree of effectiveness governed by the layout of the fuel feed line. We are happy to carry out surveys and trials if required.

Tested and verified by the EU Tritech Scheme
Magnatech offers the only technology of this type to be verified by the EU Tritech Scheme. The EU environmental programme LIFE+ funded a project to look at emerging technologies in the fields of Water, Soil and Energy hence the TRI tech.
Magnatech were invited to take part and have our technology examined in great detail and our claim of at least a 6% reduction in fuel consumption in hydrocarbon burning boilers verified. After months of analysis, visits, interviews and trials by Mouchel it was agreed that our technology did indeed reduce fuel consumption by at least 6% and most found much more.
Magnatech is one of just 17 companies in Europe who now hold the ETV certification, this format of validation of emerging technologies is being presented to the EU for roll out in the near future.
